Terms of service

By making an inquiry or booking with Sanka Holiday Tours, you agree to these terms.

Bookings

All bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed when Sanka has responded with a confirmation message. No automated booking system is used.

Prices

All prices are quoted in USD or LKR and are inclusive of fuel and driver costs. Park entry fees, jeep hire inside national parks, and accommodation are not included unless explicitly stated.

Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour start time are fully refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a partial charge. Please contact Sanka directly via WhatsApp to discuss any changes.

Liability

Sanka Holiday Tours provides private transport and guiding services. We are not responsible for circumstances outside our control including weather, road closures, wildlife park closures, or flight changes. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all international visitors.

Accommodation

Sanka Holiday Tours provides accommodation recommendations as a courtesy service only. All accommodation is booked directly by the guest. We accept no liability for accommodation quality or availability.
